RETAIL INDUSTRY TRANSFORMATION MAP

The Retail ITM was launched in September 2016 to build the retail industry, comprising a mix of omni-channel retailers and local brand owners with global footprints. This sees the government assisting local retailers to build digital capabilities and enable access to e-marketplaces.

INP was commissioned by SPRING Singapore in 2017 to design the Retail ITM booklet that featured local brands that had undergone a positive transformation. Detailed illustrations and infographics were used to illustrate the case studies for these selected brands.
