The Skills Framework is an integral component of the Industry Transformation Maps and it is co-created by Employers, Industry Associations, Unions and various government agencies for the Singapore workforce. The Skills Framework provides key information on employment in different sectors, career pathways, as well as existing and emerging skills required for the occupations/job roles. It also provides a list of training programmes for skills upgrading and mastery.

The use of infographics and featured profiles were used to engage readers and communicate complex topics. INP was appointed to undertake five Frameworks for the Precision Engineering, Aerospace, Sea Transport, Retail and Food sectors.
